Well today I’d like to bring the attention to this joint condition named: Arthritis. I came across this term when one day, my boss , through the morning small talk, complained of his fingers getting stiff each morning during winter. He had seen the doctors but there is little help he received. Following my research, I strongly believe he must have had the Arthritis.
Arthritis is not a single disease but rather it is a different group of diseases related to inflammation of the joints. While Arthritis can happen to anyone, women and older aged persons are affected the most. So how do you know if you have Arthritis? You or your doctor can tell by observing the following symptoms: stiffness to the joint, pain, swelling and decreased range of motion.
Two main type of Arthritis Among the many types of Arthritis, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis are the most common. The first i.e. osteoarthritis occurs when the cartilage wears off leaving the bone to rub against the bone. The mild attack of this type of arthritis can be managed with the following activity:

The second common type namely: rheumatoid arthritis are considered as inflammatory arthritis. According to researcher, smoking can pose risk toward the triggering of rheumatoid arthritis in people with certain genes.
Now that you understand what is arthritis and its two common types, what can be done about it? Well, there are three things you can do to combat or reduce the pain.
On the last point, an example claimed by people is the power of magnetic therapy. For that reason, there are more and magnetic jewelry that are made specific for that. For instance, if you are searching on amazon, you will see several magnetic or copper wristband for sale claiming the ability to cure the arthritis pain.

Try the following methods:
It is important to get enough sleep. It is recommended to rest at least 8 hours a day. The more you rest, the better you dont feel the pain. That is one of the best option you could get to reduce the pain and sweeling i.e. reduce the movement.
Apply the cream that would help reduce the swelling. As we know the Rheumatoid arthritis is caused by inflamation around the join. Therefore, try the natural cream to help you numbing the pain!
Try applying the ice pack on the affected area. If cold therapy does not work, how about the heated pack instead?
